- Acts as a liaison for the client & contractor throughout the duration of the project
- Site visits to inspect progress & provide consultation to any construction related questions
- Review & Approve contractor pay requests
- Review, approve & provide shop drawings
- Amend construction documents throughout construction as required or requested
